Occidental Cala Vinas Hotel - Cala Vinas (Mallorca)

The restaurant experience was a nightmare. We struggled to find tables, and the staff never seemed to clean them in a timely manner. Not only was the food repetitive, but the drink selection was also limited and mediocre. Our room consistently smelled terrible, despite multiple complaints and fruitless attempts at cleaning.

Il chiringuito, which can be found only 400 ft away, was a fast option. Overall it was a great stay. There was a cove and the bay not far from the place.

A tranquil escape with hiccups

The beautiful surroundings and dedicated entertainment team. My kids loved the engaging activities by the pool, finding joy in each day's adventures.

Good positioning to airport. Good for kids sand beach and kinder pool.

Cuisine is very limitted, no kids menu at all. The beach is not clean, hotel staff is more concentrainted on money collection for the banches use instead of beach clean up. We had to pay +500 eur for 3 years old kid on top of the agreed price. WiFi coverage is limited to the reception area.

Set on a beautiful beach. Lovely food.

A lot of the sunbeds around the pools were in the shade. Beds uncomfortable so I didn't have a good nights sleep.

excellent staff

catered to the french guests with thier activities, thier all inclusive plan was not all inclusive as there is restrictions on things, this is an almost all inclusive AAI

I felt that the staff were excellent and made me feel very welcome. I loved the entertainment officer "Leonardo" who was a breath of fresh air everyday. The food was great and I loved the Champagne touch....

firstly they should advise you that the nightly entertainment will keep you awake if you are put into one of the rabbit hutch rooms in block 3. the hotel should not be carrying 4 stars, at best its a 3 star. the rooms are filthy and the cleaners are the lazyest people on earth. we found rats droppings in our room which had been there some time has they were covered on dust!!!!!! i have stayed in barcelo hotels all over the world but after this experience will not rush to book another. avoid the all inclusive as the food is very poor and the staff are rude, ignorant. avoid this hotel has there are plenty of others that are leagues above this s..t hole

The children's entertainment area was a hit, offering loads of fun activities supervised by the fantastic animation team. My kiddo loved the ball pool and playground, and we enjoyed the variety of drinks available during the day....  

All the rooms are spotless and reasonably large with fantastic views and the staff is incredibly welcoming!

Fairly clean venue and tremendous and brilliant employees. Incredibly nice breakfast with various food choices. Generally nice service with parking nearby. Late check out.
